| Burnett Transit, our school bus operation , was started
in 1954 by its founder, Rue Burnett.
Rue had a philosophy that his drivers should always regard safety
as the paramount concern.
Additionally, Rue maintained a staff of people trained to be honest,
respectful, timely,
and professional. These standards are still the expectations today. We
service various school districts in Central Wisconsin with a variety of
different size and type vehicles. They involve a number of
different options such as:

its conception in 1954,
Burnett Transit has recorded an estimate of over 20 million passengers,
without a death or serious injury.
